Eunmi (Ellie) Jeong

at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
As a sociotechnical collaboration scholar,
my research examines how to optimize the coordination between human factors and technical requirements to enhance collaboration both among people and between humans and technology. By combining theoretical frameworks, empirical characterization, large-scale data analysis, statistical modeling, and framework building, my work translates abstract human characteristics into actionable design requirements.
